My experience with Kenworth sales/Truck Enterprises has been very good, they are a very professional team and always going out of there way to help us and me! Any repairs we have needed have been done in a timely matter and always correct, their communication about repairs, parts and eta of trucks returning have always been good. The repair team there has always been good to me and even there billing and invoicing team is good as well.
Great customer service. Had an issue when I was passing through the area and Trent was super helpful, he saved me a lot of headache. 10/10 would recommend.
