The experience here was awful and overall a headache. Took them 2 months, when I was told 4 days, just to tell us the motor change wasn't the only thing wrong, I got no updates. I had to call every week just for them to tell me what was going on and how much longer it would take. Every time I called they would tell me it should be ready by the end of the week, those two weeks shortly turned into months. I took it in because of an engine miss. I asked for it to be timed. They told me I needed a new engine. Took it in for a second opinion who timed it, engine purrs like a kitten. They throw parts at a car hoping to fix the problem. They are NOT technicians. All they do is remove and replace.
Ok.......but not a friendly auto shop
I've taken my car here several times, and everytime the service has been top notch. The workers are awesome and don't mind showing you and telling you what work needs to be done and, more importantly, why. They are also friendly and curious, making the experience that much better! 10/10 would recommend.
Called on 04/24/2014 to reserve a storage unit and truck for a move, and received unhelpful and rude service. Pam was disinterested with providing service, and I'm pretty sure she only paid attention to every other word I said. One star, because they DID answer the phone.
They fixed my SUV when other places couldn't find the problem. Even better they did not charge me an outrageous amount and were courteous and polite. Highly recommend!
Do not take your business to this place he is a rip-off and does shady work
Don't go here - worst car repair place I've ever been to! I spent over $1500 for an engine and related costs and my car still did not run correctly. It took weeks, was never fixed, the owner did not care at all. I finally gave up on them and took it to another mechanic (not that the guys at Tiger Pride are mechanics, they just know how to be rude and take your money).
