I don’t normally leave reviews for anything but I felt inclined to after my experience, specifically the rep I spoke to. Matthew was great each and every time we spoke over the phone. He was not only friendly but seemed like he actually cared about his job and wanted to make sure I was not only in the loop but happy with my service. I had an amazing experience with Truck City auto services, specifically withTammy Palmer. Not only did she go above and beyond with answering all my questions and giving me great updates on my truck repairs, she worked everything out with my warranty to make sure I got everything I needed added to the Claim. The technicians/mechanics we’re very thorough which made me feel confident in their work. I will definitely use them for all future automotive work needed for my personal and company vehicles
