Great place to get your truck serviced, and it’s the nicest Freigtliner I’ve been to so far. The drivers lounge if huge and new plush recliners, Kurig coffee dispensers up/downstairs, clean restrooms, microwave, nice dish cableTV, animal kennels, computer cubicles, and even a “quiet room” for resting. I can't say enough about how amazing the service department staff are! They communicate and provide updates. They are accommodating and knowledgeable! The customer service skills are superb! The facility is clean, has free showers and laundry. The driver lounge has very comfy recliners as well as a quiet room. Definitely THE BEST shop we've ever been to!
What an experience! I've driven a truck 23 years and the service here is top notch. As soon as I walked threw the doors I felt right at home. I own one truck , not a fleet so every dollar counts. I was kept informed of what I needed for this check engine light and with the cost down I was able to get the deal of the century on new brakes all the way around !
