Absolutely no mechanics. I’m kinda against the wall with a radiator gone out because they are plastic. Whatever… no mechanics to work on this during the day and have to wait till the second shift guy comes in. I have my doubts about it getting done today since he started it at 5 pm last night and didn’t get it but half done. On book it’s only a 7 hour job and I’m 30 hours into this deal so far. Definitely won’t choose to come here again. Been better off to tow it back to Kansas City money wise.
I've been attending and picking up parts @ truck center companies for many years and the staff is always been sharp prompt an educated on the truck industry.
Terrible service and communication. The service department was extremely rude after they got my truck in the shop. Way overcharged and truck came home with engine shields still laying in the cab. I choose the dealership because it was a Freightliner franchise and we normally have good luck around home with them but that’s definitely not the case here. I have tried reaching out and even talking with the service manager but he will never return calls either.
Shawn was happy to help me with my tire pressure issue and Kevin did a super job airing up my tires. A job well done. I have a motorhome with Freightliner chassis and I will always bring it to the Truck Shop service department!
