Came down here with my boss to help him deliver a truck. Mike Grady is always professional he's a great salesperson with many years of experience and he treats everybody with kindness and respect no matter no matter what age. He has come to our job site to deliver trucks a few times. Truck Center hires great salespeople and good mechanics. My truck malfunctioned , unfortunately it had to go to a shop. Immediately thought of Truck Center Companies, glad I did !! Took it in there late last night, not only did they fix the issues they found other issues. Contacted me to identify the additional repairs needed. Okay ed the repairs called me back the same day... "come get your truck its "READY" !!! I WAS LIKE HECK YEAH, ON MY WAY !! Dealer is dealer .never go to them for repair. Give us quote of 175 to change a coolant lane later they gave invoice of 572 .
On June 24th 2025 my truck was towed to the nearest freightliner dealership which was in witchita. I learned that the rear differential took a dump so a new one was ordered on Tues from Michigan arriving Friday, most likely Saturday. I've been staying in a hotel now for close to a week tomorrow and I decided to call on the status of my truck and learn the differential hasn't showed up yet unacceptable.
