Good folks.
Very disappointed with this Freightliner dealer. I called for roadside assistance expecting professional help, but instead they referred me to a nearby shop that completely overcharged me for parts and repairs. It feels like they’re working together to take advantage of drivers in urgent situations. As a truck driver, you rely on honest support in breakdown moments – not to be sent somewhere that will rip you off. I would not trust their recommendations again.
I had a DEF issue while delivering a load. I called this place and Ramanda, ma'am, was very helpful. They fixed my truck the same day and answered all of my concerns.
