This truck parts store is a total letdown. Everything they sell is cheap Chinese junk that breaks or fails within weeks. The parts look okay at first, but they’re poorly made and don’t fit right half the time. Customer service is nonexistent—they don’t care about your issues once they’ve got your money. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.
This reman truck parts store is a gamble not worth taking. The “refurbished” parts are just cheap Chinese knockoffs with a quick polish—shoddy quality that fails fast. Fitment is hit-or-miss, and the staff couldn’t care less about helping you out. Prices seem low, but you’ll pay more in repairs later. Avoid this place.
This was a great place to find. The owners are very nice! They have a very large inventory of parts and really make sure to get you what you need and the prices were great. We will be using them again for our fleet in the Miami area for sure!!!
