So Ive been looking for a cargo trailer for a while now. A friend told me about Trailer Sales Alabama and I looked at their website and was really impressed. But they are in Theodore Alabama which is 2-1/2 hours away. So I figured it would be worth paying a little more just to avoid the trip and went to Truck and Trailer World in Denham Springs. So isn't it awesome when pay for a service and you have to check over their work, and make them fix it right? Picked up my trailer and I noticed I had two bare wires exposed on the light. No connectors or tape. Young man says, I'll go get some tape and wrap it up. I go inside and ask if they use connectors or only tape. So guy comes out and we both check and all 10 wires are twisted together and taped only. No wire nuts or connectors. He tells his guy to remake the connectors. Better today than last time as far as service goes
I bought all my trailers from Truck & Trailer World I recently brought them a trailer to replace all the bearings on it. The trailer was 4 years old and was purchased from them. I got the trailer back and on my 2nd trip with the new bearings the nut backed off the Hub and lost the tire. Thank you Jesus no one was hurt. Now I’m stuck buying a new Axel because of there Shaddy work. I will never do business with them again to many other trailer places to pick from.
