I did not have a great experience with Trucare. I worked with ***** to ensure that I would not have an unexpected out of pocket expense after the roof install was complete, however, I did. I was told by ***** that "no matter what, I would not have any additional out of pocket expenses after the insurance paid their portion. The roof would be covered by the amount the insurance company paid." My initial out of pocket deductible was $950. Our experience with Trucare was absolutely wonderful. We ended up having an unforeseen emergency and **** was so helpful and willing to work with us to get the job done immediately. Everyone was extremely responsive and so easy to work with. They did a great job on the roof and we couldn't be happier.
Everything was first class, from meeting with the ** in my home to discuss replacing our roof, to the correspondence in the office, to the final walk-through with **** when the roof was completed. The crew that worked on our roof did a fantastic job and worked very hard to make sure everything was done right and answered any questions I had. They cleaned up as if they were never here and the new roof looks great!
When we started searching for a company to install our new roof, Trucare stood out from the rest. We knew right away that we wanted them to do the job. They exceeded our expectations from the very beginning to the end. Their customer service is excellent and they kept us updated throughout the whole process. All of their staff, from the office personnel to ****************, is highly knowledgeable and take pride in being the best.
This company was awesome! We are so happy with the work that was done! We had our roof replaced by a Trucare roofer, after only being in the house a few months. **** told us that his guys were *************** and that they would be installing a better roof than what was originally installed. The guys were extremely careful about my plants and made sure that everything was good! PM made sure that everything was intact and kept everything on schedule. My husband and I are very, very, very pleased with the results!
So happy we chose this company to install our new roof. From the estimate to the cleanup and final inspection, they were very professional, knowledgeable, timely, and courteous. Great customer service and work performance were completed and done in a timely manner.
After receiving several random visits from roofing companies, I reached out to Trucare Restoration to have them do an inspection of the roof. Unlike the other companies that stopped by and could see "just about the most damage, I've ever soon on a roof" **** was honest with me and gave me a more realistic idea of the actual damage that was there. Trucare Roofing has a great product and excellent service! **** was so helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me posted on the timing and completion estimates and came by several times to make sure I was happy with the work and cleanup, which I was! The roof is beautiful and the workers were fast, polite, and took great care of my plants and shrubs with the *****************.
