If I could give zero stars, I would because I have never felt so incredibly disrespected and belittled in my entire life. The manager, Carlos, is hot tempered and has zero compassion or patience. He threatened to refuse to send nurses to my home to care for my disabled husband who requires full care over an issue regarding paperwork! I cannot stress this enough, but IF YOU REALLY CARE, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR LOVED ONE!
