Very rude and unprofessional.
As much as I really want to establish my patient care at this office- it is almost impossible to get someone on the line. It took me 6 days of trying to get an answer. It’s a matter of luck if someone will answer at first try.
It’s a really good clinic, the doctors are very attentive. However when it comes to calling their office I’m always put on hold for a very long time. They can improve that, specially when it’s something as simple as just asking a question or rescheduling an appointment. Other than that I like this doctor.
terrific care and outstanding office staff. So glad that Dr. Labatia is my primary doctor.
