I requested a roofer for a small job, a new roof boot. As soon as I texted Ken he was here within the hour and replacing it. He was efficient and kind. Hopefully, it will last a while. Time will tell. So far, pleased. The last person I tried to hire, promised to be here and stood me up twice. Ken came to my rescue.

Buyer beware! Good pricing,but don't expect thorough service or returns for repairs. Compaints: #1 Installers do not replace or repair rotten wood on roof. Found multiples areas where rotten wood was left around edge of roof--no mention was ever made from company to me. #2 Roofers do not use new roof paper--only portions of existing paper if any at all. #3 Chimney started leaking after roofing install--found flashing was not repaired or caulked if needed--resulting in much damage to inside sheetrock--again no mention to me a... read more
