I had a horrible and disappointed experience today. I had color maintenance done today, normally I waited 40 minutes for the service but today I was sitting there for a hour without my stylist checking on my color to make sure everything is fine. Also I was waiting for my ear piece covers for a hour and never get it. No one asked me if I need anything to drink. In addition, I normally get 3 washes to get the chemical off my hair, I only got 2 washes. I can hear my stylist having fun laughing and talking to other customers!!!... read more
Victor is an outstanding barber with precise skills. His combination of customer service, talent and high expectations for himself make every haircut perfect. He encorporates your feedback to create any style you want. Simply THE BEST. Support staff is also great. Monica is delightful!
