TRU-ly disastrous!!!! I went to Tru Salon for a keratin treatment and the stylist totally ruined my hair. I have long, highlighted hair and have been getting these treatments done for the past three years, without any issues.....until I went to this place!! The stylist did not have enough experience when performing the service on highlighted hair and had the flat iron on too high of a temperature.
