She listens to your hair requests, she's insightful and gives great feedback regarding all hair matters (and life matters bc she is just an amazing person to talk to). Ever since going to Lindsay my hair has gone from damaged and dull, to bright and healthy. With her knowledge about hair and hair products, and switching to Olaplex, my hair is the healthiest it’s ever been! My hair would never grow after a certain point, but now it’s finally growing long! All of the ladies at Tru are so sweet and make you feel comfortable. Will never go to another salon!

I think when a potential new client walks through the door, you walk up to them and ask if you can help them, not shout across the room over the head of someone whose hair you are cutting.
