Odessa is such a great realtor and assisted us with both buying and selling. She helped us figure out what it was we really wanted in a new property and steered us clear of properties that we liked but that weren’t fully meeting our stated criteria since the point in moving was to improve our current living situation at the time. I had an amazing experience working with Odessa. Odessa helped me buy an investment property in the Flagstaff area, which closed in June 2022. It was my first time buying a new build , so she helped me navigate the process. I appreciated her input choosing options/upgrades, her driving by and taking photos/videos of the construction progress, and her huge help during the final walkthrough. Very responsive and overall excellent communication skills! Highly recommend to anyone!
John Nugent is the most professional real estate agent I have every worked with. I am a recent transplant from LA and have bought and sold many properties. His knowledge and expertise of the AZ housing market is phenomenal. John has your best interest at all times. He is organized and very detailed orientated. Odessa was great through the entire buying process. Her response times were always super fast to any of the questions we had, at anytime. She wasn't pushy but made sure we had all the information we needed to make decisions. She did not hesitate to drive 2 hours out into the middle of nowhere to check out properties we were interested in. Her negotiation skills saved us money and we closed in record time. Highly recommend Odessa for any real estate needs!
