Instructors really care if you may be limited by injuries and the atmosphere is friendly and calming. I love coming here... Zumba is fun and the yoga classes are engaging

Been dying to work one of the lighter classes into my schedule went for Reiki and a massage after surgery – felt wonderful afterwards did not want to leave����
I signed up at the studio due to convenience and how close it is to my house. I haven't practed yoga in years and couldn't find the time to do so. I'm so glad to have this studio nearby- Lynette is so down to earth, attentive, and in tune with the practice. The studio itself is beautiful and welcoming. With just two sessions under my belt I already feel improvements physically, mentally, and spiritually. I signed up for a year and I can't wait to get deeper into the practice with such a supportive studio.
I took the power class this morning, it was fantastic. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been to a few other studios in the area and when I saw this place opened up close to home I decided to give it a try. I have to say, 1 class with Lynette and I signed up for the year! Amazing practice. Amazing studio. Can I give it 6 stars!?
