While the staff are nice and professional, I'm disappointed to report that despite spending $2500 on Emsculpt NEO at TruMed Spa, I have seen zero improvement in my abdominal definition, and to make matters worse, my belly even got burned during the procedure. After two months, the burn mark remains visible, and I am concerned that it may develop into a permanent scar. I cannot recommend this service; it's a complete waste of time and money.
