This is the first time ive even cried on my first session with any therapist. They always make it so easy to reschedule and remind you of appointments. Overall, one of my best experiences with therapy so far

After two years of feeling like this company had little interest in scheduling my appointments, I finally understand why. Awful customer service and the manager is unnecessarily abrasive which is such a red flag for a therapist’s office… also look at Caleb Clegg’s review before you consider going here. Huge red flags all around

I’ve had a frustrating experience with communication and transparency here. There were changes involving therapists that, based on information shared during the transition, appeared to have been known internally well before clients were notified. Clients were informed roughly a week and a half before the therapist’s departure. That kind of short notice makes it really difficult to prepare, especially when consistency and trust are such an important part of care. I've met with two different therapists (because one moved) and both have been quality experiences. They are respectful and encouraging while asking probing questions that lead me to discover things about myself on my own.
