The reception and office manager staff is very unprofessional. After scheduling an appointment on Tuesday for my son we showed up for his appointment today and was told he would not be seen. I was also told that they sent a letter to me and contacted me yesterday via telephone(neither of which happened) Receptionist was very rude about the entire situation.
