Best gym in Avon Lake! Staff is terrific and the gym is super clean.
Good staff and facilities, with free weights, machines (Cybex), and new Matrix cardio equipment. The gym is bright, clean, and well layed out.
I love the atmosphere in this gym. The trainers are wonderful and the training they provide has been awesome! It has really changed my workout.
