The place was nice but there was two things that made me mad that when me and my brothers were going to the gym but than the lady that worked there said get out and the second thing is that when we got in our room later we saw a roach crawling and the elevator smelled like cigarettes

I was not able to get any rest during my stay. The room next door was extremely loud all night. I called the front desk, and although they said they would address the issue, the noise only got worse. Very disappointed with this experience. I will not be staying here

Customer service was great! The front desk was always cordial and accommodating. My low score is attributed to one fact, the rooms. I read in another comment the room’s air conditioning had mold, so I check my ac when I arrived to find it indeed had mold. Anytime I was in my room, my nose was constantly running, instantaneous headaches and phlegm. All confirmations of mold, despite the fact I did not run my ac. It was only one night so I felt with it. But I would not recommended this place for anything longer than a night.
