We stayed last Thursday and Friday. Terraye and Keana are the sweetest! They were very professional and were absolute sweethearts to my children 6 & 9 years old. The Hotel is Very Family Friendly and Clean! We will be Back! Thank You Ladies for making our stay so memorable!
The kind hearted person at the front desk helped me reschedule my trip that was nonrefundable. It was totally my fault but they went out of their way to help, and I really appreciated that.
Not going to star judge based on how terrible Tru hotels are in general, with no coffee maker, no drawers, no desk or adjustable desk chair. But you witless think they would fix the elevator before a music festival, make the electronic keys work, and i could go on. Hilton Diamond here
I arrived on 3/28 night. There was no customer service. I waited for 5 minutes, and she took too long to take care of other! was not Hilton service!
Olivia and the team here are awesome! My goto spot when I'm in Austin every other week!
