Terraye at the front desk made the check in process so smooth. She informed us where the pool was, workout area, and other things was. In the morning, she was looking around to make sure everyone was good and has one of the best attitudes in hospitality I’ve seen. Great job! My son just moved here so this will definitely be our place to stay at.
Beautiful decor and good location. Excellent friendly staff. Breakfast is fantastic! They have this very cool pancake making machine. We stayed in room 416 which is the top floor and that was the issue. It was difficult to sleep because of all the noise, not from people in the hall or joining rooms. Disrupted Sleep and Disrespectful Service Not Hilton Standard I was woken up at 6am by a chirping smoke detector due to a dead battery. I reported it immediately, and the front desk told me maintenance wouldn’t be available until 9am. It took over 2 hours for the staff to come up with a solution, and no one followed up or communicated during that time.
