Alyssa, the front-end manager at Tru by Hilton, truly made our stay memorable. She greeted us warmly and was always smiling and full of positive energy. She went out of her way to put the World Series game on the TV in the lobby and even joked with us, making us feel right at home. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in her work. Alyssa mentioned she hopes to become a General Manager one day and I have no doubt she’ll achieve that. Her attitude and customer service are exceptional.
Great place to stay!
We only stayed a night, but was a pleasant experience. Good location, clean grounds, and nice rooms.
We love staying at Tru, never disappointed!
