Arrived from Maryland for a 3 Day stay, checked in on 1 June 2026. - Room assigned had not been serviced from previous guest - Next Room (406), toilet attempted to refill every 2 minutes. Reported to Front Desk for repair (Day 3 - still not fixed). - Day 2 room was not serviced by 1:30pm. Asked for service (6pm still not serviced). - Day 3, room not serviced even by the standard posted in the room of every other day.

This was our second time staying here. Since last time, mattresses and pillows felt worn out and uncomfortable. Also, not provided welcome pack for Hilton members until I went back to ask for it. Management should try getting completely different pillows or double or triple the amount on each bed. If you have ability, just bring your own. Woke up with back, knee and hip pain, as did my husband who also noted mattresses were not up to par. We only needed to be there for the day so I didn’t stay an extended period of time. But, the hotel was spotless all over. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was decent and lasted until 10:00am. Check out time was noon. I also didn’t get a super big room, but it was quiet, clean, and stocked well.
