Real nice place clean and nice people didn’t have a reservation when we stopped for the nite and they had a room available for us for the nite as we were just passing thru
TV had an error message and we couldn’t watch anything because it wouldn’t go away. Didn’t have a Do Not Disturb tag and no one was at the front desk to ask- we waited quite some time and even ate breakfast while waiting but no one ever showed up. Don’t leave anything behind (like an Apple Watch charger) and ask to have it shipped back because they will charge you an atrocious amount of money to ship it and not give you a receipt or estimate for the cost. Surprise, you have to pay $50 to ship a $20 item.
I called to book a room two days before my stay. I wish I got the lady’s name who took my call… She said she got everything booked for my stay to check in on Thursday and check out Saturday. I asked if she needed my card information and she said no, I was all set and can pay when I get there. When I got there on Thursday, I go to check in and turns out she never did book the room for me.
