Pretty nice hotel overall. The mattress needs to be replaced in most rooms...they are getting soft and out of shape. I love the showers here at this hotel, they are modern and easy to use and clean. It sure beats having to crawl over a tub side. No one uses tubs anymore unless you have children....so this hotel definitely has the right idea about bathrooms!!! Came in to check in. Blood sugar was very high. Was extremely foggy. Todd the person behind the counter helped me.
The room temp was 59° when we entered: ridiculously COLD! It took awhile for it to get comfortable. The bedding materials were synthetic and felt horrible: I only use natural fibers and couldn't sleep. Lastly, the floor--while it looked clean--wasn't. My feet felt sticky, I wiped them with a cloth, and dirty marks came off. All in all, it was shocking that a property by Hilton is so sub-standard.
Reasonably priced, clean and many amenities. Felt so much more comfortable and relaxed due to it being clean. After I checked in I was given complimentary waters and a bag of chips. Will definitely book again due to the convenience and great experience to my recent trip .
