Rooms and hotel is clean. Front desk switched out our room without a problem when we felt the air conditioning wasn’t working too good. No problem with accepting our service animal. Breakfast was delicious! The ladies at breakfast really make an effort to make it enjoyable and keep the breakfast area clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
This is definitely not the hotel that you want to book if you have a early morning flight at RDU. I booked this hotel because of its location and the availability of a shuttle service to the airport. Upon arrival. I set up a shuttle service For 4:40 AM and a wake up call at 4:10 AM. I did set my alarm for 3:50 however, I wanted a backup in the event that my alarm failed and did not wake me up.
