We were there for the STP cycling event a few weeks ago and the hotel staff was amazingly accommodating, so generous to us when we decided to extend our stay a few hours before checkout! I’m very grateful to everyone I interacted with who was so nice and friendly - from the front desk, to the turn-down ladies, everything was great!
Simple as it can be, front desk dose nothing but play with there nails. The only person who works at the front desk is the Latina woman (Give her a raise ) in the morning helping people getting checked out and into the hotel . Also getting people to their departures on time with the shuttle buses. However it's annoying how none of the front desk doesn't know how to work the system of Hilton. They told use the online website even when your physically at the location, and yet I still have not received my online check.
Worst by far worst Hilton I've ever stayed in gonna stay in anywhere else if I ever come back to Oregon
Everything was great.
