We have stayed at many Hilton properties and loved them. This one has been the only property that we have not enjoyed. First, checking in on 10/4 (~9pm) the two girls at the front desk were pretty unprofessional. The girl helping us had her phone propped up on a bottle and was FaceTiming while guests were checking in. As we are checking in she kept getting other FaceTime calls that she had to keep rejecting because her phone was ringing. I had to stay at the Unicorn on 82nd once. Even they had coffee in the room. Absolutely not worth the price. Like staying at a cousin's house but with less hospitality.

The rooms are very small. There is no dresser or closet and hardly any where to set out your clothing and other stuff. There was a small desk. I was in a similar room in Barcelona and the people at the front desk didn't understand why I wanted a different room (I guess they are all that way). At the time I thought it was a European thing. I was wrong. They don't offer breakfast, although they do have coffee and other grab and go options you can pick up at the front desk.
