Very clean
Let me start by saying each staff member we encountered was GREAT! From Seth providing a warm and friendly late night check in to the young ladies in environmental services-each staff member was pleasant. As far as the room it was decent with the exception of ants that had taken over the bathroom and room. This ruined our stay as I have a 7 month old who was sleeping in his pack and play and I was afraid the ants would bite him. Stayed for 1 night but it was nice and quiet
We DO NOT recommend this Tru by Hilton to stay at. Room was very dirty at check-in. The room we were assigned to was NOT cleaned at all. There was several hairs on the toilet seat and under it. The room must have been repainted because EVERYTHING had paint overspray on it including the TV. The bed had an imprint/outline of where a big someone layed in it and the pillows had a cologne smell.The room had a weird little out-of-place side table holding a really small refrigerator on it
