Started off bad but was made right. When I went to enter my room the door was propped open by the deadbolt, when I entered I found some uncleaned areas. This is why I give the room 4 stars. It was explained to me the room had been marked in the system as cleaned and ready but that must have been a mistake and the supervisor had not inspected it. I did not notify the front desk, as I was trying to be easy. But that is on me. I had some difficulties with the management on site, but did receive a follow up call and my stay was ... read more
As Hilton rewards membership I thought that would make a difference as wifi and discount on rooms.not quite.i guess location is the only reason to stay.more than slightly disappointed.
Wonderful hotel. Great staff but this is not a hotel for light sleepers. You can hear everything. Crying babies. Doors opening and closing. Even when the floor above you opens and closes their curtains. The walls are paper thin. Other than that great service
