Again, front desk night shift doesn't want to do their jobs. Instead of logging in and helping a customer out they'd rather wait for the next shift to clock in and let them handle it. In the end I managed a noon checkout at the latest as a diamond member and still had housekeeping BANGING on my door every single hour from 9am to barging in at 11am. Edit: Per the hotel response. My husband and I were traveling for work and had been staying at several Airbnbs, but after experiencing some serious issues, we had to leave and come to this hotel unexpectedly. Dudley welcomed us so kindly, and we’re truly grateful for the warm hospitality during a stressful situation. He truly exceeded our expectations as a host. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. My husband will be returning for work again, and he plans to stay here in the future. Thank you again!
