Tina was great!
The room smelled like mold and a dirty diaper and it didn’t go away. We got in late so we just fell asleep. In the morning I let the front desk know and she offered us free snacks for the inconvenience. The beds are comfortable but the rooms reminded me of a hospital room. I would have to say the breakfast was AMAZING and the staff is great as well. Next time we will stay with Home2 instead of Tru. The lobby with games is such a cool change for hotels. Not of fan of the Tru budget friendly rooms
I am a germaphobe and this hotel held to cause my anxiety! The staff is great friendly accommodating and just all around on point Everyone on all shifts gets a gold star. The wood floors are a mental life saver.
