After reading mostly good reviews and having never stayed at a Tru we decided to give it a try. This hotel and staff are absolutely amazing! We plan to stop back in next time we are passing through to have breakfast with Pat the lovely cook that we met! Rooms were clean, soaps and shampoo smelt great, free breakfast and it was delicious (tried the Nashville Hot Sauce for the first time, loved it) the environment is fun and inviting! Loved the lobby. Great place to chill and visit with friends. The breakfast looks very robust. Definately a nice place to stay
Nicole in the front office is amazing. She goes above and beyond for anything we need.
