The staff were beyond amazing, the young lady who checked me in was phenomenal!! Very kind and sparked meaningful conversation!! With that being said the room cleanliness was not the greatest. There was a lot of debris on the floor everywhere, there was dust all over the place as if the room hadn’t been cleaned in months. The shower fixture wobbled around. The rooms were very nice, and the pool was enjoyable, but after we got out, our bathing suits smelled like sewage, which was disappointing. The games and pool table were awesome. The breakfast was not great, so we left and went out to eat.

1. Yhe girl who works the frint desk is never at the front desk. She is outside smoking or wherever. 2. I specifically asked that my room be cleaned another front desk clerk assured it would be, it was NOT. I staued 2 nights. 3. The hotel has a smell that I couldn't put my finger on until I realized they accepted pets. I AM ALLERGIC!! smells like dog and I immediately started itching. I will stick to Marriotts

Woke up a little past midnight to a group of people talking outside my window. I could hear them over the AC unit and the TV. I was on the third floor. This went on for a few hours and I finally got back to sleep. They were loud..I believe they were right outside the lobby. I didnt have to be up too early so I let it go. I would be surprised if someone else did not call the lobby desk and if I see any other reviews from early morning September 3, I can verify it. They were loud.
