Super friendly staff, rooms were very spacious and breakfast was pretty good too
This is a very, very nice Tru. Props to all the employees who were all very friendly. I will absolutely stay here again next time I am in MSP.
Friendly employees with excellent customer service experience. Rooms were clean,pool was nice, breakfast was good. 5/5. This will be my to go place for now on.
I’ll give cons first: BRING A MATTRESS TOPPER!! -by far the most uncomfortable beds ever. We were in a king bed room and moved the first night to a queen. Wasn’t much better. Went to Walmart and purchased a $60 mattress topper to make it through our stay. Mike the night desk employee claimed no one has ever complained about the beds and they did not offer a topper at all. -Paying to park in an outdoor lot is by far the dumbest thing ever.
