Avoid at all costs. Hotel pool was super dirty, the water was cloudy and dirt at the bottom. Half the breakfast items like the pancake machine didn’t work and the waffle machine wasn’t even out until the last day we were there. Someone else’s hairs were in our shower floor and in our towels. No pressure in the water for showering. Fridge didn’t get any of the items in cold. We literally had some girl knocking on doors at 4am for over 10 minutes and woke up our whole family. I’ve been staying at this hotel from July 10th to August 9th. Overall my impression is decent, but there’s one thing that’s been frustrating. I requested housekeeping once a week in advance — a pretty modest ask for a long-term stay. Yet my room regularly gets skipped. I’ve had to remind them myself, and even after reminding them, it keeps happening. For me this reflects the level of service, and unfortunately it leaves something to be desired.
