Despite frequent hotel stays, this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. My room wasnt swept when I arrived, there was a flosser laying on the floor, the shower had orange mold. A room next to mine had a drug overdose with someone hollering and screaming alarmingly in the early morning. The front desk only asked them to quiet down. They did not ask them to leave and this resulted in me (apparently the next person to enter the hall after the front desk staff left) being cursed at as I left my room. I would say the hotel was average. Service was good but even though the hotel is newer the rooms have taken a beating and need to be throughly cleaned. My short happened to drop on the floor in the “closet area” next the fridge and it was covered in pet hair. The mirror in the hall was dirty and the bath shower looked like it was clean for the most part but had parts that need to be cleaned. Overall the service was great. The breakfast was good and the location was great.
I was disappointed.
