This is the most wonderful place to stay everyone is very friendly
The stay at Tru Hotel was amazing. When me and my fiance walked through the doors we were welcome by the front desk guy Steven with the most welcoming spirit. The next day we were welcomed at breakfast by Kira and the lovely Annette, these two ladies have a heart of gold, very wonderful ladies. They all made sure our stay was nice and comfortable, thank you guys so much.
This was me and my boyfriend first time here we booked a last minute room and when we walked in we felt welcomed and she explained where everything was located for us and offer her service until she left for the night , when we woke walked downstairs to check out Annette welcome us with a good morning and came up to us and greeted us with a hug and offer us breakfast ,even tho breakfast was over and she was cleaning up she turned on the toaster for us and told us to help ourselves, after that we process to walk out and Annet... read more
I have to brag about the stay I had at this hotel! Kira and Laura at the front desk are so welcoming and Annette is fantastic at putting out the most wonderful breakfast ever! And she makes you feel so welcome! The rooms are the cleanest ever and bathrooms too! The whole staff makes you feel you are part of a home away from home family. For regular work travelers or families (they have a nice pool!) this is a definite great place to stay! I hope as a regular I didn’t sell myself out of a room!
We booked a two-night stay 03/31 at Tru by Hilton after our home lost power during a recent storm. As Hilton Honors members, we chose this hotel based on positive past experiences with the brand. Overall, the hotel was fine—nothing outstanding but adequate. The front desk staff wasn’t particularly welcoming upon arrival, but that wasn’t a major issue.
