The wifi never worked. They decided to put an entire kids soccer team on the top floor of the "hotel" where they proceed to run up and down the hallways all night tearing everything up. None of the staff did anything to stop these loud creatures.
Did not honor the fact that I paid Booking.com for the reservation, and charged me for the room,then proceded to hit my Credit Card for 2 more nights
The amenities are great but the rooms are just ok. The beds are not queens like advertised and when we asked to be moved to a room that accommodates what we booked, they would not. We found a joint beside our bed and the hot tub is not hot. We did enjoy our stay overall despite these things. The area was safe, and the neighbourhoods clean. We found it conveniently located to both Meridian and Boise.
