You know when you meet a group of people, and you think these people are awesome, and there is nothing they could do to be more awesome. At Tru Hilton, that is just not the case. The staff, I do not have words... they conversed with me, and found out that my Bday was going to be during a stay with them, away from my family. They took it upon themselves to make my day amazing. Stayed at this hotel with my 5 kids. Great employees very clean and comfortable.
This hotel is very clean. They have a full morning spread of coffee, bagel, pancakes, etc. We arrived at around 11 and got into our room. Very clean but because its right by a busy road there was alot of road noise. The blackout shades made it dark on the morning but didn't shield the noise. We coukd also hear people walking around above us. Not a very quiet motel. Towels are paper thin, soap dispenser was very hard to squeeze so if you are older that's an issue.
