We recently stayed at Tru by Hilton Manassas and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive — Khadijah truly made us feel at home. She was so kind, friendly, and caring. Our room was the perfect size, spotless, and it had all the essentials for a stay. I was booked this by a nice old lady , I normally don’t stay in hiltons anymore even though I have been a top tier member …. but at first it made me want to stay more thought it was a nice place …. Then we got charged 260$ … they said I was smoking in the room said there was ashes which is impossible because I didn’t smoke …. The sent me some photos with just dirt saying it was ashes . I’m Pershing this via Hilton and will take to court if I don’t get a resolution , this is ridiculous and makes me wonder what kind of scam th... read more
