Staff was particularly amazing
The host when we arrived was extremely rude. Luckily she was not there the next day. She was also folding towels in the common area on a table( pretty sure that’s not sanitary). The rooms have an odor to them, and our room was right over their patio section where other guests were outside loud the entire night preventing me from getting proper rest, even though they claim to have quiet hours starting at 10pm. I came here because they have smart tvs but won’t stay at this location again. Very disappointed.
Night lady last night gave us attitude when we asked if there was something for our son to sleep in, gave us a BROKEN playpen for him, was absolutely RUDE as can be, not just to us but a gentleman who was asking for CLEAN SHEETS.
Stayed here for work over the weekend. Quiet, clean and helpful, friendly staff. My room was on the smaller side but no issues because I brought my own hangers. They have streaming services unlike most hotels that only offer boring cable, so make sure you have your password for Netflix, etc. Location is excellent. You are close to everything! I will be back.
