Clean and met our needs. Planned on using the shuttle to the airport but ended up canceling and using a Lyft shuttle space is limited. FYI.
The rooms are a bit dated, and the elevators' floor could benefit from a gooood wash! But you know what? Everyone was fantastic. Barb made us laugh so much. And that counts. When we arrived our room wasn't ready but then we got a call from Frankie that we could check in a bit early if we wanted to. So even if cleanliness could have been better, people saved the day. Thanks Barb!
The shower head was sticking out from the wall in the shower. Wireless access was HORRIBLE. I would have to reconnect my phone every 5 minutes. And in extreme cases I had to forget the network in order to be able to connect again. When I got into the room, I checked the bed to see if there were any bed bugs. There were not. I did find 2 long black hairs. Was this from the cleaning staff or were the sheets not changed from the previous guest, I don't know. We enjoy staying at Tru, very well organized. The beds are soft and they have a pillow selection, breakfast, gym, filtered water, ice machine. It was quiet and we got a good night's sleep.
Basically across the street from airport car rental. Easy return of our car before our flight home.
