Hotel was basic and in an okay location if you’re visiting the strip. But let me tell you! Skylar and Barbra who worked the front desk were amazing!!!! They guided me through air port shuttle pick up and also gave great recommendations when I had a Grand Canyon tour catastrophe! Barbra went above and beyond when it came to ubering food to the hotel! Would 100% stay here again!
Tru is a modern hotel. The room we had was ADA because a regular room wasn't available so this review may not apply to the others. No carpet or heavy drapes. Comfy bed. The shower set up was odd (again, maybe ADA). And, personally, I'd love to eliminate rain shower heads around the world. Simple breakfast. Really good 24 hour coffee; nice selection of Stash Teas. My worst hotel experience in a long time. There's only one person at the front desk and when I arrived a big group was there to check in so it took a little over an hour for me to even get to the point where I could check in. When I was finally able to check in, I was told that it wasn't possible for others to make bookings for me without apparently filling out a form or being there with me so this definitely isn't the best hotel for business trips.
