Upon entry front staff were friendly and offered us water. Upon walking to elevator I seen people laying on the couches in lobby. Not sure what that was about but I was tired and just want to get to room. Room was okay. Missing some trim around windows and the shades were difficult to lower. Wonderful shower. Slept well.
Hotel itself was pretty clean, colourful (different) but totally gave off a chill vibe but with professionally standards. Food was edible for sure with options to choose from, self service parking. decent sized clean rooms. Staff was friendly and accomodating throughout the entire stay which was great. Pool table in the lobby was nice however the hotel had no pool which was said considering the heat in Nevada however not the end of the world really good hotel wouldn't mind staying here close to highways and close to the stri... read more
In a great location near strip. Front Staff is extremely friendly. We skipped the continental breakfast as they didn't have great selection of non dairy foods and no pastries. The rooms are basic for a hilton. They did have a smart tv which the other hotel we stayed at didnt. Our air conditioner broke had to be fixed. Even afterwards it rattled all night long and still didn't cool the room down. I had a horrible couple of nights sleep. There are lots of options for places to stay in Las Vegas, and this place ‘tru’ly was great! Kayla was the star of the show. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of when I arrived earlier than expected. The airport shuttle was a big plus. When you arrive, you call the hotel and they pick you up from the designated shuttle area. There was a miscommunication when I called (the driver was never dispatched), so I had to wait for the next shuttle. No biggie—Kayla made up for it by sending one out right away. When... read more
