Our stay was not up to par with what we've come to expect from a Hilton property. We arrived late at night, exhausted, and the best help we could get for a bell cart was being told to look around the hallways. We did not find one. The room was not as clean as we expected. There were crumbs on the floor, dirt in the corners and around the baseboards. The phone was wet with a mystery liquid and the blow dryer was covered in something as well. It's a very minimalist hotel..breakfast was just ok nothing special. The rooms are clean but sparse. If you're looking for a dresser or closet or a better breakfast stay at the Hampton Inn across the street for a few bucks more a night.

I hate to leave reviews but get a little annoyed at this point. We’re Hilton honors members travel a lot and exclusively use Hilton for all of our stays. Our child is homeschooled through an academy and always has schoolwork. We requested late check out at booking which was confirmed and no charge for 1 PM. My son was finishing up his schoolwork and I was loading the car around noon. Hotel is 10-12 minutes from downtown & market square. Hotel staff was wonderful all around, accommodating and friendly! Complimentary cookies and bottled water 24/7. Rooms were clean and spacious! We saved a lot of money by staying here rather than downtown and would recommend to anyone!
