By far one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure to stay in . The scene is calm and relaxing . The room is stylish and clean. The shower is in our top 3 in hotels we have traveled to around the world. The staff was very polite and the gym was just the right touch.
Rooms are very small, no storage, no microwave or coffee in room. Coffee in lobby was lukewarm and weak
The cable was out my entire stay. I had no TV at all, and I’m one of those people who have to fall asleep with the TV on. Which resulted in very poor sleep. Just sitting my in room with no access to the amenities that were listed when I booked (cable TV) and the hotel refused to offer any compensation for this extreme inconvenience. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Great location. Right off the freeway. Checking in was a breeze. The staff was very friendly. The room was up to date. I did like the info board right next to the elevator. The only thing that was not OK was the breakfast. The diced breakfast potatoes were barely warm and hard, and the powder eggs under cooked and nasty. Sitting in water. We were very disappointed.
