Great service, very kind staff. Room and pool were very clean. Lobby was very cute and inviting. Only complaint was the pool was a bit too cold. Otherwise, our stay was lovely.
Not willing to accommodate travel nurses who have to sleep during the day. No discounts (which isn’t the biggest issue), no late check outs. Offered no wiggle room during a winter storm!! Won’t be staying here again. I understand being a business and all…but their lack of compassion was demonstrated and will definitely not be forgotten. Unfortunately giving a travel ER nurse some grace is not in the cards for this hotel brand.
