Perfect spot to stay if you are going to Boyne/Highlands! Modern amenities and nice lounge with pool table, couches and TV. Thank you!
We use this place for snowmobiling in the winter. Lots of room for our trailer and close access to trails. Rooms are nice enough for price paid and morning breakfast is pretty good. They were about 45 minutes late opening breakfast each day but didn't matter too much. Friendly accommodating staff.
Hilton is really going downhill. I've been a member for years and have always tried to stay at Hilton brand hotels. Problem is they suck! I get better service at Holiday Inn! I booked a room and even paid extra only to get to the hotel and be told I couldn't have that room or floor. This is ridiculous that they dont care. I'm to the point where I will be canceling my card and going elsewhere. I've tried to reach out to Hilton and I get no response and chats conveniently get disconnected. The handicap accessible rooms water pressure was so low I couldn't rinse out my hair and the blackout curtains didn't work. I couldn't get light in the room. Ended up checking out a day early. Also, i'm a diamond member meaning I've stayed over 30 days in a hilton hotel last year and I haven't checked out early because of an issue, this is a first.
