Although I’m a Hilton Lifetime Diamond VIP Hilton Honors member, this was my first stay at a Tru by Hilton property. It may be that other “Trus” are better, but this one is not good. The King bed room was cramped, the bed uncomfortable, the bathroom poorly apportioned (e.g. “squeeze bottles” for the shower shampoo, etc. and for the bathroom sink, 2 towels for 2 people. Stayed here for work. Room was clean. Bed very comfortable. Decent breakfast in the morning. A very comfortable stay.
Besides the 3am domestic in the hall, we immensely enjoyed our 3 nights here! Very friendly front staff, rooms clean and breakfast was great!
