This hotel is excellent with amazing service. The manager Laura went out of her way to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed every day. The rooms were perfect for a great rest after a long day. The breakfast is one of the best layouts I have seen in a hotel that was not at a resort in America. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in town to visit the amusement park or if you are looking for something a little further out from Charlotte.
We stayed 1 night in June 2026. Rooms were very clean. Service was wonderful. Breakfast was good - it was pancake day and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. No complaints. Family travelling with kids - 2 rooms total.
Great place to stay! Excellent customer service, front desk was friendly. Laura, the front desk manager was very good at recommending local restaurants and things to do. Will definitely come back again.
