Update: The "owner" responded stating the staff was addressed, but yet, I, the customer, has not received any communication nor response from the hotel. Hilton reached out this location. The location refused to provide the refund that the staff stated I would receive. At Hilton's suggestion, I called and spoke to Nadia AGAIN, who confirmed that she promised a refund and stated she was going to speak to her GM and call the next day. THAT WAS NEARLY A MONTH AGO. We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was super clean and the staff were very nice. Laura at the front desk was so kind and inviting! We stayed here while visiting Carowinds and it’s less than a 10 minute drive up the highway. Would definitely recommend!
It was the worst stay ever kids were running through the hall all night and when I went to the front desk she was on her cellphone and she said I'm sorry it's nothing I can do. So basically we didn't get any sleep then they started at 8:30 in the morning running through the hallway again. Then when we asked for towels they didn't have any. So basically I will never stay at this property again.
