No water. Bugs in the rooms. Staff Justin is unprofessional and laughed while dismissing multiple guests concerns. Nadia disregarded existing guests issues nor attempted to even show empathy or customer service. Then she promised a full refund by the GM but the hotel later refused to honor it. From the super comfortable beds to the exceptional housekeeping, this hotel has it all. Housekeepers did an excellent job keeping our room fresh and clean. Nadya greeted us warmly every time we passed the front desk. The breakfast lady, I think her name is Peggy, she was very friendly! Highly recommended!💕
Driving back home from Florida, stopped here for the night. Great coffee and extremely clean rooms. Location was great! Hop on/off interstate with a gas station just on the other side of 77
Tru is my favorite brand from Hilton because of their hard floors. No carpet at all. The floor was so clean it was shiny. Staff were friendly, the breakfast was just standard nothing special about it.
