Beds are uncomfortable. You can feel the bed's coils. Walls are thin as I could hear the person in the next room every night I was there. Towels are hard. Pillows feel pointless since they have no fluff or thickness. As soon as you lay your head, they fall flat. Blankets are also thin. There is no microwave in the room but there is a mini fridge. Rooms were very clean, and check-in was a breeze. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely be returning.

I want to try to start off this review with something positive: The front desk staff and room cleaning staff have been nothing but accomodating to me and I have not had any issues from the few times I've stayed at this hotel. HOWEVER I've witnessed ON MULTIPLE DIFFERENT STAYS HERE the general manager belittling, raising her voice and yelling at the staff in front of me and other people in the lobby eating breakfast at 7-8 IN THE MORNING. Brand new. All amenities are excellent. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.
