I want to try to start off this review with something positive: The front desk staff and room cleaning staff have been nothing but accomodating to me and I have not had any issues from the few times I've stayed at this hotel. HOWEVER I've witnessed ON MULTIPLE DIFFERENT STAYS HERE the general manager belittling, raising her voice and yelling at the staff in front of me and other people in the lobby eating breakfast at 7-8 IN THE MORNING. Very modern...clean although rooms are not that well insulated.
Brand new. All amenities are excellent. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.
