One of my best experiences at hotel. Jason was amazing at front desk super friendly anything I needed he made it happen. Love it here so much I became a Hilton rewards member. Again thank you so much to Jason at front desk the best
The hotel was alright. I had planned on staying for a week, but had to move to a different hotel because the power went out in my room many times. There was also no phone to call the front desk from in the room.
Receptionist "Ellie" was very friendly and helpful - both during check in and later on when our television experienced some "issues". Her upbeat and friendly demeanor, coupled with her determination to fix our issue, made our stay more enjoyable. She is an EXCELLENT representative for TRU, and we APPRECIATE her talent, attitude and support!
