Recently stayed at Tru by Hilton Dallas Market Center for an insurance conference. Check-in was smooth and easy - I arrived 3 hrs early, but my room was ready and I was given early access. I can't remember everyone's name, but Deja was very friendly, extremely helpful and never seemed to mind my questions or requests for assistance. Her customer service was top notch.
