I’ve been here for 2 weeks. Everything has been fantastic so far! It starts with the GM, Michelle Virata, who has been very accommodating. Everyone else has been so friendly, especially Haylie at the front desk! She’s great. I always enjoy when I get to see her smiling face. Breakfast is good, what you’d expect. Housekeeping has also been good and willing to go the extra mile. The internet can be slow at times and the second elevator has been down my entire time here so far. We recently had a sudden tragic death in our family and several family members had to travel to Houston, some of us got rooms at this Tru and everything was great, the whole staff was so kind and accommodating, it was a very stressful time for our family but the entire team always assisted us, it's a very simple room, no closets, just hanging hooks, small desk& fridge but that's all we needed, complimentary breakfast was good, thank you Tru for helping my family during devastating times, we appreciate it.

Room is just ok nothing great fridge isn't worth the space it takes up can't make coffee in the room but also can't get coffee anywhere else in the hotel except the cold stuff at the front it was never hot 😩 also they had someone park a truck and trailer taking up 7 parking spaces when I asked about it because it was at the front of the car park I was blown off without a care in the world the wife is on oxygen so I had to drop her at the front then go park way down the end what a joke breakfast just pass on that for the mon... read more
