I travel extensively for work, and stay exclusively at Hilton hotels. Some are good, some are less good. This stay at this Homewood Suites, however, tops them all this year! When I arrived to check in, after having already checked in and preselected my room in the Hilton app (I like having a physical key), there was some confusion with the first gentleman I spoke to. When I say this hotel is so fancy breath taking everything about it is nice also have a restaurant and bar rooms are very very nice comfortable clean

This place was great! The breakfast was awesome, had a chicken dish, pancakes, waffles, juice, fresh fruit. Fire pit, grills, heated pool, gym, laundry. I felt super spoiled and comfortable.

On November 28th 2029 Tuesday night I reported bugs that were in the room there was a considerable amount on the floor on the bed and on my dog which were coming from the wood trim in the ceiling when the building would shift the bugs would just come out for fluently hitting people on the head nobody came not maintenance your management I had to go back down there on Thanksgiving and ask what the hell was going on nobody actually came to the room

I am the travel coordinator for a major Fortune 500 company and Sam was so incredible that I am bringing all of my business here first! He dropped everything on what I could tell was a busy day to make sure my guests and I were taken care of. Above and beyond service! Thank you, Sam!
