This was honestly the worst hotel experience I've had. Their system was down during check in, so they forced me to write my credit card number on a sheet of paper even though I told them that's not very secure. After being in our room for an hour or so, another guest came into our room with a key. The bed made loud noises every time you adjust your body. They didn't have a hot breakfast. Just all around terrible.

We had an amazing stay. The staff was exceptional. The hotel was clean and breakfast was delicious. Tobias dropped us off at the airport with the hotel shuttle and was so kind and down to earth. We would love to stay here again in the future.

A friend and I stayed here June 8-10. We chose thus hotel because it was in the area we needed and the amenities that we wanted which were, breakfast buffet, swimming pool and a hot tub. The room was very small and did not have a microwave nor a coffee machine, and the only thing we could see out the window was a cement wall. We were able to get them to move us to another room which we knew would not have a microwave or coffee however we would like at least something other than a cement wall to look at out our window.
