Experience was excellent.. Staff were courtesy and friendly, thanks Sean and Lemar! Even though my room door pad died and needed the battery replaced, that was solved within 10mins of notifying the staff. Room was comfortable, smelled good and the bathroom spot on! The dispenser soap scents are smell soo good! Good job Hilton at this Tru by Hilton!
Overall extremely satisfied. The lady that worked on Sunday morning July 27, 2025 at the front desk/breakfast section truly knows what she's called to do. So full of Grace, love and care. She served indeed. Thank you beautiful.
