Llegué a las 9:00 pm luego de un viaje de 13 horas cuando fui a registrarme supuestamente ninguna de mi tarjeta pasa. Luego de una hora ellos se percatan que es su sistema que se calló, no me resolvieron no pude registrarme supuestamente única respuesta fue busca otro hotel. A esa hora tuve que buscar otro hotel.
I stayed at this location on 9/21-9/23. I checked in on 9/21 around 7/8pm and everything was fine. The next day after coming back from a very important doctors appt, I just wanted to relax and my room key did not work . I go to the front desk and was told my reservation did not exist in their system. I told the guy at the front desk I checked in on yesterday with no problems. Honestly tru by Hilton is the best hotel I’ve stayed in! And the one on Northlake parkway NE is excellent! I came in late and overnight front desk young lady was great, awesome attitude, helpful, and knew her job well. Shout out to Kennedy! Keep up the good work!
Lemar at the front desk made the entire stay worth while, he’s so helpful and knowledgeable and assisted me with all my needs during my stay here and his Jamaican accent was everything . I only want to stay here again if he’s managing this location again!
I’ve never seen such wonderful management before I had an issue with my room and the Jamaican man at the front desk which I assume is the manager I think his name was Lamar just made my whole experience amazing
