Our stay at this hotel was great. While some people describe it as a basic hotel experience, we found that it had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We really liked the fact that the rooms are not carpeted, so it's great for people with allergies. Great lobby which is a fun gathering area with a pool table. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in this hotel again.

I stayed at this facility last month and there was a black out in the neighborhood around 9 pm.. When I tried to call the Hilton helpline, I got shuffled around the system endlessly with no one able to help me. Not great with a cell phone battery that could not recharge due to outage. It was a Monday night with very few cars in the parking lot -- so not an overwhelming number of guests. Yet no staff member came to the floor to check on guests, provide updates or flashlights. The room itself was pretty underwhelming, especially for what we paid to stay there. There was no hot water in the shower. We asked to be moved to a different room instead of having maintenance come try to fix it and they refused. So we took cold showers. Lots of sound transmission between the rooms. We could hear everything the people above us were doing. Breakfast needed everything to be replenished when we arrived, including coffee. Would not recommend.
