This place was excellent!!! But what really made our stay more than exceptional was the front desk clerk Nicole, she was more than patient and kind, showing compassion and being more than helpful, going above and beyond to help after a reservation mix up with priceline left us without a reservation! She singlehandedly saved my kids birthday! She is an angel and ill forever be grateful!
The elevator chime is so loud its almost painful. Everything else about the place is great though!
I amazing two night shift stay during storms over the weekend. Clean quiet . Housekeeping was respectful quiet. Managers assistant Manager and second shift female amazing . Loved my stay but I wish there were microwaves in room . Shes 10 out 10
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast wasnt anything to write home about. But its free so cant complain too much.
