Wonderful hotel. It's very clean and new, the staff are lovely, and generally a great place to stay when you're in the area.
We’ve enjoyed many aspects of our week-long stay, especially the staff. Everyone has been so kind, friendly, and eager to help whenever we needed something. Every time we mentioned an issue or asked for an item, they were happy to accommodate us and make things right. Unfortunately, there were several housekeeping and maintenance issues when we arrived, including missing tissues and trash can liners, an empty shampoo dispenser (when I called they brought up a replacement very quickly!) and a broken window shade that couldn’t... read more
Great hotel near everything, great staff.
Stayed here for one night passing through on our way to Michigan. It was a room for myself, my husband, and my son. We checked in on our phone so when we arrived we went straight to our room. Upon entering the room, we noticed it smelled overwhelmingly of cologne. We went to the front desk and the lady working happily changed our room. She was extremely helpful and friendly.
