Whoever constructed this hotel should stop doing construction. Like a toddler slapped the place together. The shower leaked water all over the floor with the door fully shut. If you stay in room 228, be sure to pull the door shut as it won't fully shut on its own. Several doors, including ours, looked like they had been forced open with a crow bar at some point. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! We made reservations in advance and paid in advance for this hotel. When we arrived, we (along with a line of other people) were told the hotel was overbooked, had no rooms available and we would have to find accommodations elsewhere. Five weeks later with still no refund, I get nothing but conflicting information from the local level and the corporate level. When I dispute the charge on my credit card, Hilton sends a letter saying we didn't show up, even though Hilton says they issued a refund. No... read more

When we arrived they tried changing out the room we picked. Told my son they were booked as they pulled into the parking lot from North Carolina with children. Even though he had reserved a room across from us as well. Pool was more like a sauna , trash all over. Literally ceiling into pool filters trash was placed. No towels, had to fold our own when asked if there were any. Had to pull a chair out of the pool if we even wanted to use it. We saw one person working alone the day of check in.
