God forbid you notice a billing discrepancy. I was charged for an additional night AFTER I checked out. I was patient with them for the first two requests to fix this. On the third time, things got heated. They have FINALLY refunded a partial of what is owed. Another problem involved me being there for work for 10/11 nights. My original reservation was for the government rate. I checked out for one night, and then checked back in. They assigned me a new rate that was higher than the government rate. Great rooms, service was friendly and the pool table in the lobby was a hit!
Hotel room door did not lock and tv remotes didn't work well and stuck watching 1 channel we could get. We was the last room by the exit door and that's all we could hear all night was that door opening and slamming shut all night. When brought all this up to the front desk they acted like they know all this but nothing is being done. Would no be back. Very disappointed
