Let me just say that Tru's customer service is second to none. Their entire team is pleasant to work with & very accommodating. They have set the bar very high & you will be hard pressed to find a place that will have the combination of gently loved vehicles & top notch customer care. I bought my car 1 month ago. THEY SAID YOU HAVE 1 MONTH IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG TO BRING BACK. THEY LIED The heater didn't work.When I called back they said only the power train and transmission was covered. When I got home I noticed, There was missing screw in a few places (under car by oil pan,under passage feet plastic was completely off. By the passenger tire screws were off and the plastic was broken around!!!!!
Joe at Tru Auto Center was extremely helpful when I needed to sell the current car that I owned and helped me get into another car. Everything was done over the phone and he was honest and upfront through the whole process. I was dreading what I needed to do but he made sure I was getting a good, safe and reliable car and worked tirelessly to make sure I was approved for a fair auto loan.
